Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU, Australia, Japan, and most of Asia. If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us — we may be able to add it.
How long it takes
Apparel and caps are made to order by our fulfillment partner. Production runs 2 to 7 business days, then standard shipping applies on top of that.
United States: 3 to 7 business days
Canada: 5 to 14 business days
United Kingdom / EU: 7 to 14 business days
Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days
Tracking is included on every order. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the item ships.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receipt.
For sizing issues on apparel, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a one-time free size exchange on most items.
Defects and damages
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, send photos within 7 days and we will replace it at no charge. Normal wear and washing damage are not covered.
Print orders
Framed and unframed prints are final sale unless damaged in transit. If a print arrives damaged, send photos within 7 days for a full replacement.
